Technical implementations of the strategies are reviewed by the EDGE Auditor. If successful, a 'Preliminary Certificate' is issued.
During construction, green building materials and systems are implemented and documented on-site.
After construction, the auditor visits the site. Upon full compliance, the 'Final EDGE Certificate' is awarded.
